| Technologies Keeping you updated with the latest technologies Point of Sale (POS)  Sometimes we will need to change the Aldelo station numbers to show good sequence; station1, station2, station3... Here is how to Step (1) - Exit Aldelo programs on all stations except main computer (*main computer here refers to the computer containing the DB) Step (2) - On the main computer, go to Back Office > Help > Tech Support.. Click F11 Type password (05338942) and hit OK, you will get 'SQL Command Window' Type SQL command ; DELETE * FROM stationsettings Click Process and Done, Exit Aldelo program Step (3) - Open Aldelo program on the computer you want to be station number 1 Step (4) - Open Aldelo program on the 2nd computer you want to be station number 2, and so on.. That's it. ** Be Careful ** This process will remove all of existing transactions in the database..including the customers and frequent diner information. F10 vs. F11 on Tech Supports; **F10 opens Registry Settings and doesn't require any password. This registry setting is the same one as in Extra Settings under Back Office > Station Settings > Other Options tab **F11 will open SQL Command Windows where you can change station number and delete tickets (orderID) etc. You will need to type the password ; 05338942 to perform works. We can use following SQL statements to accomplish some of our works; DELETE * FROM stationsettings to remove stationsetting to reset the station numbers; UPDATE orderheaders to remove specific order
